Digital Advertisement Creative Strategist to join our Marketing team and lead the creation and ideation of ads that inspire, connect and convert.
Your responsibilities
Creative Strategy Development
Design content strategies for ads on Meta, TikTok, Google & YouTube, aligned with brand conversion and positioning objectives.
Conceptualize new creative angles, hooks and disruptive approaches to continuously test.
Develop clear and actionable briefs for the creative team, ensuring execution of high-impact ideas.
Guarantee brand consistency in all creatives, adapting tone and aesthetics to each market and audience.
Integrate creative strategy along the customer journey (prospecting, retargeting, retention) to maximize impact.
Understand the target audience of each product and coordinate with the Influencer team to identify UGC creators who fit the brand and deliver quality content.
Write and optimize ad copies for Google Search campaigns, ensuring they cover strategic keywords and maximize coverage of queries related to our products.
Analysis & Optimization
Review ad performance with the Media Buyers team to extract insights and translate them into creative hypotheses.
Implement a systematic A/B testing approach across formats, copy, and visual styles.
Monitor and report results, making data-driven recommendations for scaling.
Identify emotional and psychological triggers that resonate with each audience segment.
Trends & Benchmarking
Stay ahead of trends in TikTok, Meta Ads and emerging ad platforms.
Research competition and benchmark beyond the beauty industry (fashion, gaming, lifestyle, etc.) to bring fresh and disruptive ideas.
Test and evaluate new tools (AI, creative analytics, automation platforms like VidMob, CreativeX, Pencil, etc.) to boost efficiency and innovation.
Collaboration with Internal & External Teams
Ability to create and streamline workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and quality when collaborating with different teams.
Coordinate with Design, Content and Influencer Marketing to ensure creative consistency and excellence.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, presenting data-informed ideas.
Manage relationships with external production and design agencies when needed.
Clearly present creative strategies and results to internal stakeholders.
