Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Wholesale & Retail Director, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing key accounts across Europe, building strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners.
- Business development: identifying new commercial opportunities and proposing tailored solutions to meet our partners’ goals.
- Sell-in and sell-out focus: driving sales while ensuring flawless execution at the point of sale.
- Commercial negotiations aligned with the brand’s strategy.
- Forecasting and analysis: building and tracking budgets, forecasts and commercial KPIs.
- Regular visits to clients and stores to ensure brand guidelines are followed, monitor performance and identify new needs.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic vision and analytical thinking with the ability to build trust and deliver tangible results. A person who understands the value of a purpose-driven brand and is excited to take it further into international markets.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager handling international retail accounts.
Background in cosmetics, beauty, or lifestyle. A strong network in the sector is a big plus.
Analytical mindset, autonomy, and a hands-on, solution-driven attitude.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English and at least intermediate Spanish.Other languages will be considered a plus.
Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month.
